Submit A Claim
To submit a claim, do the following:
Email customerservice@feac.store
Include multiple photos of your product (Inside the packaging would be better)
Describe what is wrong or why you are not pleased with your order
Tell us if you want a return, a refund, or an exchange with a product of equal price
Disclaimer: We cannot accept returns on items such as face masks due to health concerns. How a claim is resolved varies from customer to customer. Visit our Refund Policy page to learn more on how refunds are handled.
